A cab driver has been charged after being accused of receiving nude text messages from a teenage girl.
Ossining police were tipped off to a cabbie in the village receiving the texts.
Last week, David Nova Roque went to headquarters to talk, and while he was there, police say he was receiving texts. They say detectives had the opportunity to see the photos as he received them.
Police say the photos were of a girl under the age of 16.
Roque, who worked for Ecua Taxi on Croton Avenue, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Employees as Ecua Taxi say Roque is no longer working there.
Roque has been released from custody. His licensed is not suspended, pending a court date next month.
