Good Choice Kitchen is looking to fill a Customer Service / Food Prep vacancy as follows.
Responsibilities include:
- prep juice bar, make juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, pour beer & wine;
- assemble salads, sandwiches;
- use solid culinary knife skills for food prep;
- organized, conscientious, maintain orderly work space;
- able to work in a fast paced environment;
- prior experience in food retail, POS systems, customer satisfaction;
- willingness to learn about menu, ingredients, assisting customers;
- café closing procedures – cleaning, refilling refrigerators, etc.;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- team player attitude.
